In 2017 with a set table, a bottle of wine and a lot of laughter in the family, ‘La Bouletta’ project was born. A meatball and brasserie made of recipes handed down by the older generation of the family and recovered from tradition. Antimo and Angela, together with their two daughters Alba and Mara begin the management of the family restaurant. Meanwhile, the cellar of “La Bouletta” was forming and continued to evolve thanks to the study of selected wines and wine zones from all over the world. The constant research has led the members to deepen the main tasting techniques and the countless combinations between food and wine through organoleptic analysis. Meanwhile, the desire for a family continues to be to create a product from vineyards through a successful brand in order to invest in a significant high-thickness nectar that recalls our family sensitivity. In short, a wine that thanks to its flavor told a story that really happened. The second generation works every day on its own wine project making a significant turn led by the Alba and Mara sisters and their respective companions Luciano and Giovanni, who carry on the family’s dream. The latter continue their father’s project by visiting the various European cellars, looking for elective places for wine and analyzing the peculiarities of the territories. 2023 is the year in which the careful selections together with the desire to create a unique wine are realized in a project called “Cogitare Magnum”.
